Synoptix is a rapidly growing company that specializes in providing systems engineering expertise and know-how to major engineering projects in the UK. We contribute to some of the most complex engineering programmes in the country, supporting large and complex projects through the application of systems engineering principles.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Internal Recruiter to join our team. As an Internal Recruiter, you will work closely with our current team to identify, qualify, and select suitable candidates for technical roles such as Systems Engineering, Cyber Security, and Project Management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Searching online databases and social media platforms to source suitable candidates for technical requirements
  • Telephone interviewing candidates to gather key information
  • Submitting suitable candidates to hiring managers
  • Supporting internal resource meetings with key stakeholders
  • Arranging face-to-face interviews for successful candidates
  • Generating placement documentation on our Applicant Tracking System
  • Updating requirement and candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System
  • Generating clear and concise job adverts for technical requirements
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day recruitment issues
  • Escalating issues to the correct department as required

Key Skills

We are looking for candidates with experience in identifying and qualifying quality candidates. Any experience in a technical field would be an advantage. You must be organized, hardworking, and have good communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and be open to new ideas and ways of working.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance. Please note that due to the nature of our projects, we can only accept UK National candidates.
