Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Manpower. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing multiple relationships within new and existing clients and growing the recruitment desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients, utilizing various tools and techniques to market positions and identify suitable candidates.
  • Utilize talent databases to match the right candidates with the client's vacancy, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial application to onboarding, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Qualify candidates and assess their suitability for the client's role, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Market mapping, visiting clients, and maximizing sales and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and submit CVs and correspondence to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
  • Organize interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales, demonstrating resilience and tenacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
