The company has experienced steady growth over the years and is now the largest manufacturer of its niche product in Europe, supplying mainly to the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Water industries.
The Role:
• This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• They will be responsible for generating customer quotations and following up on them to ensure timely delivery.
• Full training will be provided, but the successful candidate will be expected to utilize technical process information to size and select products.
• The Internal Sales person will work closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and provide customers with expert advice on products.
• They will also be responsible for utilizing the company's ERP systems and CRM system to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Must have prior experience in internal sales or sales support/administration.
• Experience in MRO or Valves is highly desirable, but candidates with associated equipment experience, such as Pumps, will also be considered.
• The successful candidate must be comfortable generating and following up on quotes, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
