About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at TLT LLP. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance to managers across the firm on all aspects of employee relations, employment law, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, and flexible working.
  • HR Support: Act as the first point of contact for managers, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee lifecycle, policies, and procedures.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis of trends arising from employee relations cases and provide insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, and other HR teams to identify and escalate cases with significant risk.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the management of employee engagement initiatives, including exit interviews, leavers, and performance grading.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a HR professional or advisory role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR policies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers at all levels.
  • Qualifications: CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to different UK locations to support offices across Great Britain.
