Job Title: HR and Organisational Development Business Partner

Artis Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading commercial multi-national FMCG company to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner for a period of 6 months. The successful candidate will support one of their commercial divisions, driving the implementation of the HR strategy and providing leadership on people aspects of business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to identify business-led HR solutions that deliver commercial performance.
  • Provide leadership on the people aspects of business plans and input on people and organisational issues.
  • Contribute to and influence the development of the business agenda and strategy, providing challenge and consulting support.
  • Act as a change agent and drive forward the HR and business strategy to enable a step change in performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong HR Business Partnering skills.
  • International Business exposure.
  • Proven track record as a HR generalist experience in fast-paced and unionised environments.
  • Strong change management, people management, re-structuring, employee relations and recruitment expertise.
  • Strong personal impact and relationship building skills.
