Role Overview: The Lead HR Strategy Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership within Operations, leveraging extensive HR expertise. Your focus will be on crafting and implementing business strategies that enhance talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

As a key advocate for our unique culture, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to weave Amazon's distinctive values into the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Associate engagement initiatives, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Employee Relations, while monitoring feedback to enhance employee relations, retention, and reward systems.
  • Oversee labor relations and manage complex cases involving both internal and external parties, ensuring that HR policies reflect legislative changes.
  • Develop people-centric strategies that align with business needs, emphasizing the importance of talent development within the broader business strategy.
  • Partner with management to facilitate recruitment processes for middle and senior management roles, as well as onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Lead the talent review and succession planning processes in collaboration with management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine processes, boost employee engagement, and ensure policy alignment across the organization.
  • Manage and execute complex HR projects and spearhead change initiatives, including the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance stakeholder support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant HR field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic distribution or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of current HR practices, trends, and tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to leverage analytical and experiential data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong influencing capabilities.
