We are excited to announce a permanent opportunity for an Organizational Change Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding Business Change team.

Your Responsibilities

In your role as an Organizational Change Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the change management strategy and execution for assigned projects within TLT's strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborating with TLT's communications team to design, develop, and manage engagement strategies and related communications.
  • Performing change impact assessments, evaluating readiness for change, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the documentation of requirements and supporting the design and implementation of training initiatives.
  • Assisting project managers in identifying, analyzing, and preparing strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Consulting and mentoring project teams on change management needs.
  • Facilitating the integration and continuous enhancement of TLT's change management processes, methodologies, and templates.
  • Engaging with the business throughout the change program.
  • Working alongside project managers to incorporate change management activities into project timelines.
  • Overseeing the implementation and integration of change initiatives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on issues affecting the adoption of change.
  • Establishing and evaluating success metrics while tracking change progress.
  • Supporting change management efforts across TLT's broader strategic initiatives.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in executing and embedding various organizational changes, particularly in technology or operational technology delivery, complemented by strong change management expertise.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the change process and how individuals navigate through change.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Insight into how project management principles relate to change management.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening abilities.
  • Capability to convey messages clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others towards a shared vision or goal.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in ambiguous situations.
  • Resilience and determination with a strong inclination to persevere.
  • Organizational skills with a natural talent for strategic planning.
