About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Business Change team at TLT LLP. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in leading organizational transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless change adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business improvement and organizational transformation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver change initiatives that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Provide input on training programs and support the design and delivery of training initiatives to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Support project managers in identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Consult and coach project teams on change needs and provide guidance on change management best practices.
  • Support the embedding and continuous improvement of the TLT change process, methodology, and templates.
  • Engage with the business to ensure effective change management and support the development of change management plans.
  • Work with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans and track progress.
  • Lead the implementation and embedding of change initiatives and track issues impacting adoption.
  • Define and measure success metrics to monitor change progress and report on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering and embedding organizational changes, with a strong emphasis on change management knowledge.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience and understanding of how project management principles apply to change management principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate messages to various audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others to achieve common goals.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilient and tenacious, with a propensity to persevere and overcome obstacles.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to work collaboratively with and through others, with a strong team player mentality.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
