Your ResponsibilitiesIn your role as an Organizational Change Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading the change management strategy and execution for assigned projects within TLT's strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating with TLT's communications team to design, develop, and implement engagement strategies and related communications.
- Performing change impact assessments, evaluating readiness for change, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Providing insights, documenting requirements, and assisting in the creation and delivery of training programs.
- Working alongside the Project Manager to identify, analyze, and prepare strategies for risk mitigation.
- Consulting and mentoring project teams on change management needs.
- Facilitating the continuous enhancement of TLT's change management processes, methodologies, and templates.
- Engaging with the business throughout the change program to ensure alignment and support.
- Integrating change management activities into project plans in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Overseeing the implementation and integration of change initiatives.
- Monitoring and reporting on issues affecting the adoption of change.
- Establishing and tracking success metrics to assess change progress.
- Contributing to change management efforts within TLT's broader strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in executing and embedding various organizational changes, particularly in technology or operational technology delivery, combined with strong change management expertise.
