About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our Business Change team. As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in leading organizational transformation initiatives, driving business change, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver change management programs.
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input on training programs and support the design and delivery of change management initiatives.
  • Support project managers in identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
  • Consult and coach project teams on change needs and provide guidance on change management best practices.
  • Support the embedding and continuous improvement of the TLT change process, methodology, and templates.
  • Engage with the business to ensure effective change management and support the change programme.
  • Work with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Lead the implementation and embedding of change initiatives.
  • Track and report issues impacting change adoption.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
About You

We are looking for a Change Manager with a strong background in organizational transformation, change management, and project management. You will have experience in delivering and embedding wide-ranging organizational changes, with a particular emphasis on change in technology or operational technology delivery, coupled with strong change management knowledge.

You will have a solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. You will also have experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as experience and understanding of how project management principles apply to change management principles.

You will be an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent active listening skills. You will be able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and establish and maintain strong relationships.

You will be flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations, and resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. You will be organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics, and able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
