We are excited to announce a permanent opportunity for an Organizational Change Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding Business Change team.

Your Responsibilities

In your role as an Organizational Change Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the change management strategy and execution for assigned projects within TLT's strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborating with TLT's communications team to design, develop, and implement engagement strategies and related communications.
  • Performing change impact assessments, evaluating readiness for change, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Providing insights, documenting requirements, and assisting in the creation and delivery of training programs.
  • Working alongside the Project Manager to identify, analyze, and prepare strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Consulting and mentoring project teams on change management needs.
  • Facilitating the continuous enhancement of TLT's change management processes, methodologies, and templates.
  • Engaging with the business throughout the change program to ensure alignment and support.
  • Integrating change management activities into project plans in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Overseeing the implementation and integration of change initiatives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on issues affecting the adoption of change.
  • Establishing and tracking success metrics to assess change progress.
  • Contributing to change management efforts within TLT's broader strategic initiatives.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in executing and embedding various organizational changes, particularly in technology or operational technology delivery, combined with strong change management expertise.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the change process and how individuals navigate through change.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Insight into how project management principles intersect with change management practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional active listening abilities.
  • Capability to convey messages clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence and guide others towards a shared vision or objective.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Resilience and determination with a strong inclination to persevere.
  • Organizational skills with a natural talent for strategic planning.
