This role will play a critical part in shaping the internal communications strategy and ensuring that our colleagues are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic communications guidance and support
  • Develop and deliver effective internal communications campaigns to promote organizational priorities and change management initiatives
  • Prepare and publish high-quality content for internal channels, leveraging digital skills and approaches to engage our audience
  • Organize and facilitate internal events and meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communications, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
