We are currently undergoing a period of significant transformation, with the creation of the new Building Safety Regulator and the assumption of responsibility for Great Britain's new chemical regulation regime. As we navigate this change, we need a skilled professional to help us communicate our vision and goals to our colleagues.
This role will play a critical part in shaping the internal communications strategy and ensuring that our colleagues are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic communications guidance and support
- Develop and deliver effective internal communications campaigns to promote organizational priorities and change management initiatives
- Prepare and publish high-quality content for internal channels, leveraging digital skills and approaches to engage our audience
- Organize and facilitate internal events and meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communications, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
