About this Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled People Advisor to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our People Partnering team, you'll play a vital role in delivering our People Strategy and building the capability of our business.

As a strategic change lead, you'll work closely with our business partners to drive cultural change and maximize colleague engagement. You'll provide sound judgement and guidance on HR policy and procedures, ensuring fairness and equity in all aspects of our business.

With a strong understanding of HR policy and practice, you'll lead on key initiatives and support our People Partners in delivering our business objectives. You'll also work closely with our business teams to develop people solutions in response to business change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ambassadors of behavioural and cultural change, leading the business to build the desired culture and maximize colleague engagement
  • Strong HR policy and procedural knowledge, providing sound judgement and guidance to Partners and the Business
  • The voice of the colleague in ensuring fairness, and engaging with business partners to provide guidance, advice and challenge to support the delivery of LBG values and behaviours
  • Leads on the use of people related data and MI to provide insight that informs people solutions and proactive interventions
  • Supports solutions to strategically grow the business, drawing on product toolkits
  • Supports the development of People solutions in response to business change
  • Anticipates future People related risks, supporting effective talent and succession management, resourcing and capability so that the business can deliver on its commitments
  • Takes action to avoid high risk policy non-compliance
  • Raises awareness of Group cyclical processes
