Job Description

As a HR Advisor at Sanderson Recruitment, you will be an integral part of our client's HR Business Partner team, based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team to develop and implement HR strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions and job postings.
  • Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
