Role Responsibilities

As the Change Management Lead, you will collaborate with the ST&R team to enhance business performance through the implementation of new operational methods. You will provide guidance to managers and employees during the transition period, ensuring stakeholder involvement throughout the change process and facilitating the successful integration of modifications. Your role will also include overseeing the transition of business changes as part of financial assessments.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Engaging with key stakeholders including HR, Health and Safety, and TUS representatives to deliver optimal solutions for those affected by the changes.
  • Organizing and leading monthly stakeholder meetings to keep all parties informed about the changes being enacted.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues that may hinder successful change implementation.
  • Coaching managers to effectively lead and manage the change process, enhancing the capabilities of their teams.
  • Identifying potential risks and issues, and assessing their impact on the organization.
  • Creating a communication strategy and maintaining consistent messaging with corporate communications to ensure clarity regarding operational adjustments.

Candidate Profile

To excel as the Change Management Lead, you should possess:

  • Experience in developing and executing change management strategies and applying relevant methodologies.
  • A proven track record of managing the effects of change on personnel.
  • Experience in contributing to change plans for projects affecting multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with stakeholders to achieve consensus and addressing resistance to significant changes.
  • Experience in crafting internal communications.
  • A solid understanding of benefits identification and realization.

Additional Information

Please note that the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency does not hold a UK Visa & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker License sponsor and cannot sponsor individuals for Skilled Worker Sponsorship.

This role will require travel across the UK, including overnight stays.

While we welcome applications from part-time candidates, a minimum number of hours per week will be required.
