About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  2. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform sales strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
