Assistant Manager for Costa Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding culinary experiences and exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing all catering and service operations for a prominent High Street brand on a full-time basis, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

As an Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of kitchens and service counters
  • Delivering remarkable food experiences to our customers
  • Collaborating with the team and management to consistently exceed expectations
  • Inspiring and motivating the team to maintain focus and productivity
  • Assisting in inventory management, budget monitoring, and action plan implementation
  • Handling transactions and managing payment processes
  • Providing support and training to team members, leading by example to foster excellence
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Upholding a positive brand image and representing the company effectively
