We are seeking a Customer Service Centre Operations Leader to become a vital part of our team. In this leadership role, you will be tasked with guiding and inspiring a group of Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding service. Your responsibilities will encompass performance management, aiding in recruitment processes, executing business strategies, and nurturing talent growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance both individual and team performance
- Encourage autonomy and enthusiasm within the team
- Oversee attendance, performance, and personnel processes
- Support recruitment initiatives
- Collaborate with the Floor Management team to achieve key performance indicators
- Foster future talent and assist in implementing business strategies
- Work in partnership with others and adapt to change
