Customer Service Centre Operations Leader

We are seeking a Customer Service Centre Operations Leader to become a vital part of our team. In this leadership role, you will be tasked with guiding and inspiring a group of Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding service. Your responsibilities will encompass performance management, aiding in recruitment processes, executing business strategies, and nurturing talent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance both individual and team performance
  • Encourage autonomy and enthusiasm within the team
  • Oversee attendance, performance, and personnel processes
  • Support recruitment initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Floor Management team to achieve key performance indicators
  • Foster future talent and assist in implementing business strategies
  • Work in partnership with others and adapt to change

Requirements:

  • Background in a Customer Service Centre setting
  • Proficient people management abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of Customer Services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Capability to balance customer service excellence with business objectives
