Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a high-performing team environment by monitoring and enhancing individual and collective performance.
  • Empower your team members to make informed decisions and foster a culture of motivation and engagement.
  • Oversee absence management, performance reviews, and other essential people processes.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard talented individuals who align with our values.
  • Work closely with Floor Management to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Champion talent development initiatives and support the implementation of business strategies.
  • Embrace a collaborative approach and foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
