Operations Coordinator

Motability Operations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and vehicle assignment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Logistics & Vehicle Assignment Team in allocating, routing, and moving vehicles through the correct sales channel, ensuring timely completion within service level agreements.
- Liaise with 3rd party partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reporting within agreed timescales.
- Make informed decisions that balance the needs of customers, stakeholders, and the business.
- You are a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You have a strong understanding of business processes and a keen eye for detail.
- You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
