About The Role

Motability Operations is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to assist the Logistics & Vehicle Assignment Team in Bristol. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation, routing, and sale of vehicles through our sales channels, meeting service level agreements and customer expectations.

About You
  • Takes ownership of issues and strives for continuous improvement
  • Gains a deep understanding of Motability Operations, particularly Vehicle Remarketing
  • Makes informed decisions considering commercial impact

Minimum Criteria
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Proven telephone experience
  • Proven customer service experience

  • Administration experience
  • Experience working to service levels
  • Good PC and administrative skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
