Crisis is the national charity dedicated to addressing homelessness. We believe that homelessness can be eradicated and that collective efforts can lead to its end.

Our retail division, Shop from Crisis, is on a growth trajectory. With 16 locations currently operating in London, we are poised for expansion over the next five years, aiming for a broader national presence while maintaining our commitment to London.

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Area Manager to lead a team of Shop Managers, ensuring financial success in a nurturing and collaborative atmosphere. Your role will involve fostering a creative retail environment where teams explore innovative income-generating strategies, both in-store and through community initiatives.

In collaboration with two existing Retail Area Managers, you will work towards achieving financial targets and supporting shop teams. You will also partner with the Head of Retail and the Acquisition & Assets Manager to facilitate the opening of new locations and oversee the recruitment and training of new staff members. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales and meeting training objectives, thereby enhancing our mission to eliminate homelessness.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a background in both charity and retail sectors, with proven experience in leading and inspiring teams across multiple locations. We seek an adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
