En tant que Responsable de Compte Off Trade pour le secteur de la vente en gros, de la commodité et des spécialistes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien à l'établissement de relations fructueuses et mutuellement bénéfiques avec nos clients Off Trade. Vous utiliserez vos connaissances et votre expérience pour garantir que les besoins de nos clients sont satisfaits tout en collaborant avec le Responsable National de Compte Vente en Gros et Commodité et le Responsable National de Compte Commodité, afin de nous aider à développer nos marques conformément à notre mission d'être la société de spiritueux premium la plus admirée au monde.

Responsabilités du rôle

· Co-responsabilité du développement du plan annuel client pour la vente en gros et la commodité avec votre équipe.

· Soutenir et co-responsabiliser les propositions clients et la réalisation globale des objectifs clients et de marque pour nos principaux clients de vente en gros et de commodité.

· Gestion quotidienne des relations clients, y compris les requêtes et problèmes dans tous les domaines de la relation client.

· Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients clés, en servant de point de contact principal pour toutes les questions liées aux comptes de vente en gros et de commodité.

· Collaborer de manière transversale avec les équipes internes, y compris les ventes, le marketing et le développement de produits, pour fournir des solutions sur mesure répondant aux besoins des clients.

· Soutenir le Responsable National de Compte Vente en Gros et Commodité lors des revues commerciales régulières avec les clients pour évaluer les performances, traiter les préoccupations et identifier les domaines d'amélioration.

· Rester informé des tendances du secteur, des évolutions du marché et des activités des concurrents pour éclairer la prise de décision stratégique et stimuler la croissance des affaires.

· Tâches administratives (traitement des factures, maintenance des outils, mise à jour des données telles que les prix et conditions dans nos systèmes).

· Préparation de rapports et de présentations selon les besoins.

· Préparation et suivi des visites clients, correspondance avec les clients.

Qualifications

· Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire de gestion de compte / support dans l'industrie des biens de consommation.

· Une expérience de travail avec des clients de vente en gros et de commodité est un atout.

Compétences et comportements clés

· Solide compréhension des principes de vente, des techniques de négociation et des stratégies de développement commercial.

· Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et relations interpersonnelles.

· Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, à prioriser et à gérer efficacement son temps dans un environnement dynamique.

· Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels CRM.
