Position: National Account Manager - On Trade

Location: Field Based - Full-time role

As a National Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to advance your career within a vibrant and forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to achieve defined sales and volume targets.
  • Negotiate annual agreements with clients to optimize revenue.
  • Collaborate with account teams to uncover new business prospects.
  • Oversee promotional initiatives for AG Barr products.
  • Identify and propose growth opportunities based on emerging trends.
  • Manage profit and loss, pricing strategies, forecasting, and internal financial processes for your accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Route to Market team to handle indirect listings and forecasts.
  • Explore new business and brand enhancement opportunities within existing and potential on-trade retailers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Background in managing on-trade accounts.
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry, particularly spirits, is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify broader business opportunities.
