Participate in the establishment and implementation of a direct route-to-market initiative to elevate the UK market. Gain exposure to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management. Contribute to driving commercial outcomes and enhancing processes within a newly formed company.

In the role of National Account Executive for Booker, you will assist the Senior National Account Manager in promoting our brands across the UK through key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the Booker account, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that enhance our brands and fulfill customer needs.

• Achieve budgeted volume, net sales value, gross profit, and distribution targets with Booker.

• Formulate and oversee essential business processes, including weekly and monthly performance reviews, demand forecasting, and annual planning to establish budgets for Booker.

• Develop comprehensive business plans for investment in secondary placements and brand activations.

• Play a significant role in shaping strategies for both immediate and long-term objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial Marketing to implement brand strategies effectively in the market.

• Work in partnership with other departments such as Finance and Operations to ensure optimal delivery against established KPIs and targets.

• Cultivate positive, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, aligning on implementation strategies.

• Manage promotional activities and effectively launch new product developments, ensuring alignment with key seasonal periods for your customer.

Required Qualifications


• A minimum of 2-3 years of sales or commercial experience in the Off Trade channel.

• Understanding of the complexities within the channel and strategies to enhance commercial performance through direct and indirect customers.

• Experience in a commercial role within FMCG, with proven involvement in managing similar customer types.
