In the role of National Account Executive for Booker, you will assist the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) for Tesco/Booker in promoting our brands throughout the UK via key customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the Booker account, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that enhance our brands and satisfy customer needs.

• Achieve budgeted volume, net sales value (£NSV), gross profit (£GP), and distribution objectives with Booker.

• Formulate and oversee essential business processes, including weekly and monthly performance updates, demand forecasting, and annual planning to establish budgets for Booker.

• Develop comprehensive business plans for investments in secondary space and activation strategies.

• Play a significant role in shaping strategies for both immediate and longer-term objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial Marketing to effectively implement brand strategies in the market.

• Work in conjunction with other departments such as Finance and Operations to ensure optimal delivery against agreed KPIs and targets.

• Cultivate positive, mutually beneficial business relationships with customers.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, aligning on implementation strategies.

• Manage promotional initiatives and effectively launch new product developments to coincide with key customer timelines.

Required Qualifications


• A minimum of 2-3 years of sales or commercial experience in the Off Trade channel.

• Understanding of the complexities within the channel and strategies to enhance commercial performance through direct and indirect customer engagement.

• Experience in a commercial role within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of working with similar customers.

• Demonstrated analytical skills with the capability to communicate category insights to develop compelling, mutually beneficial growth strategies.
