Location: Field Based - Full time role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to achieve measurable business outcomes and meet agreed volume and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate annual agreements with clients to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with customer account teams to uncover new business prospects.
  • Oversee FUNKIN promotional initiatives.
  • Identify and propose growth opportunities based on emerging trends.
  • Manage P&L, pricing strategies, forecasting, and internal financial records for the account portfolio.
  • Coordinate with the RTM team to oversee indirect listings and forecasting.
  • Explore new business and brand enhancement opportunities within the existing account base and potential on-trade retailers.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Expertise in managing on-trade accounts.
  • Knowledge of the industry and spirits sector is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial insight.
