Off Trade Commercial Marketing Manager

About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team at Beam Suntory. As a key member of our commercial business, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our premium brands in the UK Off Trade market.
Key Responsibilities
As Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive customer, category, and brand growth in the Off Trade channel. This will involve:
- Translating customer and shopper insights into creative and impactful activation ideas
- Delivering executions that reflect customer and shopper needs and are strategically tailored across the path to purchase
- Ensuring the implementation and execution of the Customer Marketing Strategy across the Off Trade aligning with heads of channel
- Working with marketing and sales teams to implement partnerships and activations with Off Trade accounts
- Managing the development and execution of innovation launch plans into the Off Trade and support with Online
- Ensuring successful delivery of all POS on time and in full
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years leadership/managerial experience in FMCG, Spirits/Drinks industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK Off trade landscape
- Experience in leading teams with multiple direct reports
- High level of strategic, conceptual and data analytics skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels internally, externally and cross-functional
- Action-biased and output-oriented approach towards ambitious targets
- Team oriented and collaborative outlook with coaching ability
