Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in generating new business and nurturing existing accounts through proactive sales activities. This position is crucial to the sales cycle and involves identifying potential clients and initiating contact through various channels, including phone calls, email outreach, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments and initiate the sales process.
  • Manage accounts by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through effective lead generation efforts.
  • Engage in continuous prospecting via LinkedIn and other data sources.
  • Utilize email and social media to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
