Client Support Representative

Location: Newcastle

Compensation: Starting at £23,000 with potential to increase to £25,000 based on career advancement, plus a performance-related bonus of £1,200.

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Schedule: 7.5-hour shifts between 8am and 9pm, operating Monday through Sunday (5 days on, 2 days off).

Annual Leave: 29 days of paid time off (increases to 31 days after one year of service), inclusive of public holidays.

Verisure Services is expanding its Client Support division.

As a Client Support Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring that their inquiries or issues are addressed promptly and professionally within a call center setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with technical inquiries within our dynamic inbound support team.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding the alarm system and provide technical assistance within our established service times.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and process payments over the phone.
  • Make outbound calls as necessary to keep customers informed about their needs.
  • Ensure First Call Resolution across all communication channels.
  • Update relevant information in customer records.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, including roles in call centers and retail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer-focused, genuinely passionate about ensuring clients' security and safety.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
