Your primary responsibility will be to engage with businesses through outbound communications, promoting various educational programs tailored to their needs. This includes initiatives such as T Levels, Industry Placements, and Apprenticeships.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in raising awareness among employers about the benefits of high-quality apprenticeships and industry placement programs, encouraging their participation in these valuable schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for the uptake of premium apprenticeships and industry placements, ensuring alignment with performance objectives while providing clear guidance on funding opportunities.
- Engage with key decision-makers in businesses to communicate the advantages of apprenticeships and industry placements, delivering vital strategic messages.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records in relevant IT systems.
- Offer strategic skills support to organizations by keeping them informed of significant policy updates.
- Adhere to established quality standards and consistently uphold best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Level 2 education, including qualifications in Maths and English.
- Experience in customer interaction via telephone.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to engage with employers and training providers in a respectful and professional manner.
- Proficient in IT, with strong keyboard skills and familiarity with various software applications, including Microsoft Office.
