About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at TED Staffing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our revolutionary tobacco alternative to adult smokers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and inspire adult smokers about the benefits of switching to our key product.
- Build relationships with store retail owners and customers.
- Capture and report consumer data efficiently.
- Drive sales through proactive engagement and education.
Requirements:
- Must be over 21 years old.
- Hold a valid driving license and own a car.
- Proven sales experience and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented with experience working within a target-based structure.
- Personable with excellent customer service and engaging conversation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently.
- Relationship builder with the ability to quickly build and foster relationships with retailers.
- Diligent with punctual and precise timekeeping and data reporting skills.
- Tech-savvy with a phone to use our selling app.
- Passionate about creating a healthier future for adult smokers.
