Position Overview:

Sales Boutique is on the lookout for a driven and strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing key client relationships, meeting generation objectives, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our team to grasp our sales methodologies and master the tools we employ.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Foster and maintain robust relationships with assigned clients.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work towards contract renewals.

Provide expert consultation on essential sales topics to help clients reach their objectives.

2. Meeting Generation:

Meet meeting generation targets for all assigned clients.

Secure meetings through various outreach methods.

Identify and proactively engage with 'hot leads' to drive additional meetings.

Develop and share innovative strategies to enhance meeting generation success.

Implement, test, and refine ideas to continually improve outcomes.

3. New Business Development (Future Responsibility):

Opportunity to take on new business development responsibilities as you progress in the role.

Plan for the First 3 Months:

Months 1 & 2: Training and Learning

Immerse yourself in our technology platforms and sales methodologies.

Shadow experienced team members in client meetings and daily activities.

Engage with the team, participate in company culture activities, and start building relationships.

Month 3: Independence with Support

Begin leading client meetings with the support of senior team members.

Strategize independently on how to achieve targets for your clients.

Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team for additional training.

Embrace a growth mindset—understand that setbacks are part of learning, and use them as opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience in lead generation, booking meetings, and client management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in using various outreach methods for lead generation.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and achieve targets.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
