Position Overview:

We are in search of a driven and strategic Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on cultivating and sustaining vital client relationships, meeting generation goals, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our team to understand our sales techniques and master the tools we utilize.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture robust relationships with assigned clients.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work towards contract renewals.

Provide expert advice on key sales topics to assist clients in achieving their objectives.

2. Meeting Generation:

Meet and exceed meeting generation targets for all assigned clients.

Secure meetings through various outreach methods.

Identify and proactively engage with potential leads to drive additional meetings.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance meeting generation success.

Continuously test and refine approaches to improve outcomes.

3. Future Business Development Opportunities:

As you grow in this role, there may be opportunities to take on new business development responsibilities.

Initial 3-Month Plan:

Months 1 & 2: Training and Learning

Immerse yourself in our technology platforms and sales methodologies.

Observe experienced team members during client interactions and daily tasks.

Engage with the team and participate in company culture activities to start building relationships.

Month 3: Independent Contributions with Support

Begin leading client meetings with guidance from senior team members.

Strategize independently on how to achieve targets for your clients.

Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team for additional training.

Embrace a growth mindset—understand that setbacks are part of the learning process and use them as opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience in lead generation, meeting scheduling, and client management.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in utilizing various outreach methods for lead generation.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to address challenges and meet targets.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
