About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently on the sales floor and at the cash registers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
