About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at ACDC Dynamics. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving high levels of sales growth and revenue generation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to clients on our products, ensuring they are fully equipped to maximize their use.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing valuable insights to inform our sales strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and senior management, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related sales role, preferably in an electrical manufacturing or sales environment.
  • Qualifications: Electrical or similar technical qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proven marketing and sales competencies, ability to analyze market trends and set new strategies, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
