About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Tk Maxx Byker. As a Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and advice.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and appealing to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
