Job Summary:

Certus Sales Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales revenue within the assigned territory through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new and existing customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of previous B2B sales experience, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel frequently within the designated territory.
