About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist to join our team at Newcastle Strategic Solutions. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and sustainable resolution of service-related issues that impact our colleagues and customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the effective implementation and adherence of Incident and Problem Management Policies, Standards, and Operating Procedures.
  • Feed into the roadmap for process maturity and Continual Service Improvement, owning and driving actions within the roadmaps.
  • Work closely with IT Support teams to ensure Incidents and Problems are managed from identification through to resolution.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience supporting and performing IT Incident, Major Incident, and/or Problem Management processes.
  • Working knowledge of Change Management and associated ITIL processes.
  • Proven abilities working closely with IT Support teams to ensure Incidents and Problems are managed from identification through to resolution.
