About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Client Implementation to join our team at Newcastle Strategic Solutions. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and sustainable resolution of service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the effective implementation and adherence of Incident and Problem Management Policies, Standards and Operating Procedures.
  • Feed into the roadmap for process maturity and Continual Service Improvement.
  • Work closely with IT Support teams to ensure Incidents and Problems are managed from identification through to resolution.
About You

You will have previous experience supporting and performing IT Incident, Major Incident and/or Problem Management processes. You will also have working knowledge of Change Management and associated ITIL processes.
