Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior People Partner to oversee a critical maternity cover role within our People Team. This position reports directly to the Chief People Officer and includes the management of the People Partner team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior People Partner, you will collaborate with the leadership team to identify, develop, and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. Your role will involve:
  • Partnering with senior management to shape a People agenda that reflects our organizational values and enhances our culture.
  • Leading the flagship project focused on the performance and salary review cycle, ensuring an equitable and efficient process.
  • Contributing to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, leveraging your experience to create sustainable programs.
  • Advocating for company culture through all people initiatives and solutions.
  • Supporting the resolution of complex and high-risk people issues within the People Partner team.
  • Driving discrete projects related to organizational design and change processes.
  • Utilizing data analytics to identify trends, recommend interventions, and measure impact.
  • Collaborating with other People functions to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
  • Proactively addressing risks and issues that arise in daily operations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A proven track record in a Senior People Partner or leadership role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Experience in supporting multiple senior executives and building trusted relationships.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and experience in managing complex employee relations matters.
  • An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, including the use of spreadsheets and basic formulas.
