The Role: As a Senior People Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping and managing high-performing teams. Your expertise will help iwoca attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on performance management and identifying high-potential team members.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the resolution of complex employee relations issues in alignment with iwoca's values.
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to managers to enhance their leadership skills.
- Collaborate with various teams to evaluate and implement new benefits and policies that strengthen our employee value proposition.
- Analyze data and insights to identify trends related to attrition, performance, and other people-related issues.
- Ensure cultural cohesion across teams while respecting local nuances.
Qualifications: You should possess strong HR expertise and be capable of influencing stakeholders at both operational and strategic levels. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on best practices is essential. While knowledge of German employment law is a plus, it is not mandatory.
