Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on performance management and identifying high-potential team members.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the resolution of complex employee relations issues in alignment with iwoca's values.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching to managers to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with various teams to evaluate and implement new benefits and policies that strengthen our employee value proposition.
  • Analyze data and insights to identify trends related to attrition, performance, and other people-related issues.
  • Ensure cultural cohesion across teams while respecting local nuances.

Qualifications: You should possess strong HR expertise and be capable of influencing stakeholders at both operational and strategic levels. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on best practices is essential. While knowledge of German employment law is a plus, it is not mandatory.
