Your Role: As a Senior People Partner, you will be instrumental in fostering high-performing teams and enhancing employee satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding managers on critical topics such as performance management and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and swift resolutions aligned with iwoca's values.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching to managers to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with various teams to evaluate and implement new benefits and policies that strengthen our employee value proposition.
  • Analyze data and insights to identify trends and address people-related challenges.
  • Promote cultural cohesion across teams while respecting local nuances.
  • Continuously develop your HR expertise and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications: You should possess strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional attention to detail. Experience in providing specialized HR advice at both operational and strategic levels is essential. Familiarity with German employment law is advantageous but not mandatory.
