Facilities Operations Coordinator

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, standard office hours

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee the effective functioning and upkeep of our workplace environment.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily operational tasks, liaising with service providers, and ensuring a secure, efficient, and well-maintained setting for all staff members.

This role encompasses a variety of tasks and requires a proactive individual who will contribute to the strategic planning of the facility. Key duties include:

  • Supervising the daily functions of the facilities team, including maintenance, repairs, and sanitation services.
  • Conducting regular assessments and inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve any concerns.
  • Processing invoices related to facility operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations throughout the premises, including safety protocols, emergency plans, and risk evaluations.

Maintain exemplary standards of office cleanliness and organization by collaborating closely with cleaning service providers, overseeing their performance, and managing the procurement of cleaning supplies.

Keep precise records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and all facility-related documentation.

Demonstrated experience in facilities operations or a comparable position is essential.
