Office Operations Coordinator

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Office Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Anglian Home Improvements, a premier provider of home enhancement services.
As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be central to our daily functions, ensuring effective communication and exceptional client support.
We are in search of a meticulous and service-oriented individual to assist our team in maintaining the efficient operation of our local facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating installation crews, tradespeople, and clients to guarantee the successful execution of projects.
- Overseeing and managing appointment schedules and installation timelines to ensure all deadlines are achieved.
- Keeping precise records of project specifics related to installations.
- Demonstrating proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Having familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
