Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management tasks, ensuring the workspace is maintained to a high standard, including stocking refreshments.
  • Provide technical support – Ensure all software and hardware are operational, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with third-party technology providers as necessary.
  • Manage onboarding for new hires and oversee offboarding processes.
  • Enhance automation – Collaborate with external partners to improve automation for CRM development, lead acquisition, and contact management.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain GDPR standards within our CRM.
  • Handle requests from shared mailboxes.
  • Assist the business with lead management for target clients and email outreach campaigns.
  • Support customer service with contract management when needed.
  • Contribute to project initiatives, including IT upgrades, new automation processes, and office relocations or expansions.
