Key Responsibilities

As our Operations Coordinator, you will experience a diverse range of tasks daily. You will be central to Forsyth Barnes' growth and achievements, driving the performance of the Customer Care team and managing a variety of projects. Your role will focus on enhancing efficiency and innovation while contributing to exciting company-wide initiatives.

  • Customer Care – Assisting the USA contract team and the broader organization with contracts and compliance needs.
  • Oversee the onboarding and ongoing support of new contractors, maintaining daily communication to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with timesheet management to guarantee timely submissions.
  • Support C2C and W2 processes to ensure compliance.
  • Automation improvements – Collaborate with external partners to enhance and streamline automation for CRM development, lead acquisition, and contact management.
  • GDPR Compliance – Ensure adherence to GDPR guidelines and maintain data integrity within our CRM.
  • Management of shared mailbox inquiries.
  • Assist the business with lead management for target clients and email outreach campaigns.
  • Project assistance including IT upgrades, new automation processes, and office relocations or expansions.
  • Provide support across all offices with office management and IT assistance, liaising with third-party technology providers as necessary.
