Position Overview

Role: Operations Support Coordinator – PBSA (Student Accommodation)

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Compensation: £31,000 per annum, with an additional 5% discretionary bonus

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, primarily from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover late shifts from 12.00 to 8pm and occasional weekends.

This role is integral to a large, purpose-built student accommodation facility situated in a vibrant urban setting. The Operations Support Coordinator will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the coordination of maintenance and facility management.
  • Engage with residents to foster a positive living environment.
