About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Team as an Operations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our Operations Coordinator, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front of House: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage client meeting spaces with a high standard of client care and confidentiality.
  • Office Administration: Maintain accurate records, order office supplies, make travel arrangements, and provide general administrative support.
  • Health, Safety & Facilities: Assist with regular fire alarm checks, emergency lighting tests, and other health and safety tasks.
  • Post & Communications: Open, sort, and deliver incoming post and deliveries, and collect, sort, and frank outgoing post and deliveries.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a busy office environment, preferably in the professional services sector.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, supportive, and reliable team member.
  • The ability to build good relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • A flexible approach to managing a varied workload and changing environments.
  • Good understanding of and experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Practice Management Software.
