Job Summary:

Forsyth Barnes is seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team with essential tasks and spearheading a wide array of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out office management duties, including ensuring the office is maintained at a high standard and providing support for our Nottingham office.
  • Provide technical support, ensuring all software and hardware is functioning properly and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Set up new hires and manage leaver processes.
  • Enhance and improve automation for building our CRM, obtaining leads and contact information, and sensing out-of-contact placements.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines and maintain accurate data on our CRM.
  • Manage shared mailbox requests and support business with lead management and email campaigns.
  • Support customer care with contracts when required.
  • Assist with project support, including IT moves or enhancements, new automation processes, and office moves or expansions.
